In this enjoyable and interactive course, you will learn the many ways that film makers use music to enhance their movies. In this course we will be studying the music of Star Wars, Lord Of the Rings, How to Train Your Dragon and MANY other award-winning films. Music In Movies is a semester long ASYNCHRONOUS course. You can complete the course at your own pace. You will watch instructional videos, conduct research and complete assignments all related to the study of movies and movie music. Occasionally you will have a one-on-one meeting with your MIPS instructor to review your work. |
