MS MoDern music course

Modern Music is an asynchronous (no live lessons) year long MIPS created arts course for Middle School students to explore music from the late 20th century to today, focusing on popular, global, digital and media-based music.  Students will develop listening, critical thinking, and creative skills as well as discover how music impacts humanity and reflects culture, identity, and social change.  No prior musical experience is required.  ​
